I had a terrible experince with this s**t webshop! We bought a bed, they took money the next day and charged extra for delivery to Scotland! SoI thought delivery would be fast, they said 2 days, 3 weeks later after many phonecalls they phone to say bed was broken in warehouse! So, they won't give me my money back as they said they have ordered a new bed and it will get there asap! 2 weeks later bed arrives (oh 3 days of waiting in and each day being let down!). Before the driver even unloads, Charlie could see it was broken and the headboard had a massive split down it!!!! Had to wait weeks for refund after threating to report them etc. They should be banned!!!!

basically i ordered matress tuesday with free next day delivery. Got an email saying its coming thursday. wait in all day - nothing, rang them to which girl said - 'its on the van it will be with you'. 6pm came and went 
friday i rang first thing - girl says 'its on the van, driver ran out of hours, you are a priority today as he should have delivered yesterday', 'ok' i say - wait in all day. dh says 'they wont come, they just fobbing you off' so i rang them again at 3pm - told them i needed to go out and i need to know now if hes coming or not as i have no food/nappies in the house. girl rang the delivery depo and they said theres no probs reported - it will be with me before 6pm. I said are you sure? 'Its on the van' the girl says. so i tell hubby we gotta wait - he says they r not coming! then he googled them - oh my god! the reviews are really bad!! broken items, ripped matresses, 12 week waits on next day delivery! 
I am cancelling my order with them, i am also contacting trading standards! These people need to be brought down a peg or two!! DO NOT BUY FROM BEDWORLD.NET! the prices are good and the promises too but you will be disappointed with the service you receive! At one point the girl put the phone down on me!! that is not good customer service!!! |

God, thanks for the warning! They sound awful. I mean how hard is it to know whether something is loaded on a van or not and then get the van to you? It's the lying that gets me and the fact you had to wait in all day. Hope you get a mattress soon and that you're managing to get some sleep still on the old one. Fingers crossed you'll get one before Christmas. XX |

got my matress in the end - poor man drove all the way from liverpool!!
