What a shame - it is truly hilarious in a sad kind of way. It is about a housing scheme in Kilmarnock ( generally council housing, although some bought). It is all true and real life families.
So far we have met a family where the parents were in and out of the jail, but have cleaned their lifes up and are now fighting to stop their kids following their footsteps. They can hardly feed themselves at times, but always have a fag in their mouth.
Marvin the junkie, andhis 18 year old junkie girlfriend who is just out of the jail. His dog Bullet who keep running away. No wonder if you ask me!

Marvin headbutted his gf, but he didnae mean it according to her.
Then we have this woman who takes in all the waifs and strays to live with her and her 2 daughters. She spends all day in bed smoking, and it is the homeless people she looks after who take the youngest to school ( she is only 5) Hilarious when the cameras film the 5 year old and she says things like " she is a pure mong" ( refering to on e of the homeless girls) or when she lifts the massess of comdoms, and says to the camera "ma maw doesnae think I ken what these are, but I do" Poor wee soul!
And then the family who are fighting to re-instate the local community centre - the only sensible ones so far.
Loads of fighting in the street, shouting and swearing - all in very broad Ayrshire accents. Bit embarrassing for us Scots, but like I say total train wreck TV that is compulsive watching. If you ever get the chance to see it watch it.
