Ok so most of you know that I left my job end of August and started on my own 1st sep - well I am still waiting for my p45, some wages and all my holiday entitlement!!!
I have been calling old boss regularly and going to her house moaning at her, she blames the accountant for mucking up the figures but it doesnt take 8 weeks does it!!??

So what I want to know is should I just leave it now and take her to small claims court?? Its not a small amount of money - its more than £300 - and I really need it!!

I have tried calling her all this week to say if I dont get the money I will be seeking Legal advice, but she is not answering my calls, or her front door!!

I am actually getting quite depressed about it now - family constantly asking why I havnt done anything about it! But I am trying!!!

Definately look into legal advice cos that is not on. There is no way it should take that long!

Get the nice people at the CAB to draft a letter for you so that you put the 'frighteners' on her!

aww hun thats not good, yes i would definately go to CAB find out everything you could do, also is there anybody higher up than your ex-boss that you could go to and keep pushing it. Don't rest until you've got every last penny x

Aww poor you! Cant believe its still not sorted after all this time!

Id get to the CAB and see what they can do, its a long time now and is a lot of money!
