Apart from the fact they never have everything you want when you get there, I swear their check-out staff are hypnotised into Zombie state before they go on duty? Their staff are never infomed about the products and can never show you where anything is. The worst DIY shop in this area by far. B&Q on a Sunday with it's extra Sunday staff is pretty dire but at least they've normally got the products in stock.

Out of choice I wouldn't but Mr. C wanted to build a shed last week and so.....
