are appearing in places I never knew existed! lol
After, my pilates session last night at the gym, I left there feeling quite sore. I woke up this morning, feeling like I've run a marathon and after having a shower, I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror. My thighs, especially my quads, are very defined, as are my bottocks (Geoff calls them bongo drums!

) They don't wobble about like they used to at all! My abs are also far more defined than they were a few months ago, but the shock came from my arms! I have very clear definition in not just my biceps, but my triceps too!

No more bingo wings!
I even found a pair of hotpants that I bought just after giving birth, as my motivation for getting back into shape. I tried them on this morning, and I'm pleased to say, they looked good. I definitely wouldn't wear them out, as well, I'm not 14 years old anymore, but I'm so glad that my belly doesn't flop over them like it did last summer!
After, pregnancy and giving birth, I'm finally starting to like the way I look again! My size 8 skinny jeans are no longer a squeeze anymore, they fit comfortably! FINALLY!
I LOVE PILATES and thoroughly recommend it to everyone! It takes a while to see results, but it's more than worth it! [b]Pilates rocks! [/b
It's also sorted out the back, neck and shoulder problems I had shortly after giving birth too! I feel really fit and energetic again (minus the sleep deprivation of course! lol).
