I think I am going to join tomorrow for a few weeks. Think I need the motivation of going somewhere every week and getting weighed! I don't want to loose a huge amount of weight just want to shift some extra pounds that I've put on.

Emma I know you do it. What's it like anybody? Good or bad lol

Nope not done any of them. I just pound the gym that little bit harder when I need to shift the weight   then I cant walk for a few days. That and stop buying and eating chocolate - so take enough money to the shops with me to buy what I actually need and not anything extra like choc
Good luck
xx
