We have a copy of The Lazy Girl's Guide To A Blissful Pregnancy by Anita Naik up for grabs.

If you'd like to win it, just post here and on our Facebook Page to tell us your tips for staying sane through pregnancy. What kept you sane for the 9 months of your pregnancy? Our Forum Team Members will choose their fave post next Monday. :)

Give yourself a due 'month' in your head, rather than a particular day, seems to take the pressure off, both with people saying 'haven't you had that baby yet?' and as I was due the beginning of November I felt like I had more time to get things ready

My sanity saver was DEFINITELY alcohol free beer!! Cobra 0% or Bavaria.... Amazing stuff! Particularly great for the summer BBQ's when everyone else is having a few beers - you feel like you are joining in and even feel a bit tipsy   Do NOT touch the alcohol free wine though - yuck! Save your money & buy some grape juice! x
