what does your house look like at xmas?
Is it a proper santas grotto or just a christmas tree in the corner?
Do you decorate the outside of your house too??

We usually have a wreath on the front door and a big artificial tree in the lounge. Then the kids make paper decs like paper chains and snowflakes etc which we decorate the hallway with. Sometime we have some tinsel round the mirror too. not grotto like but seasonal :lol:

We dont have lights outside the house at all, just a santa stop here sign :santa:

if i had my own way last year we would have had a tiny 2ft flimsy tree in the window but my husband made have more lol so now we have got a reasonable sized tree and some extra decos- wreath, tinsel etc.. im a bit of a scrooge to be honest but now our little girl is one im hoping im going to start getting excited again for her

We don't have too much, Si is a bit of a Scrooge so we tend not to put loads up lol! Have a biggish tree in the sitting room then other bits and bobs like lewis' snow globe, the Christmas nativity bits like that :lol:

We have no lights or anything up at the front windows, we had a Santa last year but Si wouldnt let me put it up the swine lol! He will have no choice this year though!

Oh and we have a Santa please stop here sign too!

I tend to have our tree in the corner of the living room & a few garlands, wreaths etc, but the rest of the house gets left out.... so I told Ste that I am getting a tree in the dining room this year cos when we're eating Christmas dinner it's all a bit bare & depressing! :lol:

last year we just has an xmas tree up but this year im making it all sparkly for eva as she will understand bit more this year! xx cant wait xx :santa:

Santas grotto here
7ft tree, decorations all round living room, tinsel over pictures, banister etc, tree outside with pathway if lights. Will grow next year no doubt -love it:)

6ft tree in livingroom covered with decs, tinsel round anything that stays still for more than 5 mins lol, will make decorations with lacey this year as she understands it now, we have lights along our fence outside, a few santa's and reindeer on lawn and a little silver train and track, santa stop here sign, i want more this year though xx

Well i also decorate my home with paper chains and snowflakes , Christmas tree and a lot of Candle lighting..
