Hi All

My periods have been bang on 30 days regular since Rohan was born. This month however, no period (its about 6 days late), but stomach cramps and pain as If i have got it, if you know what I mean.
Im def not pregnant (no man in my life) and I am not on any contraception. Anyone shed any light? Has this happened to you before? Cant think of any reason at all. Its very strange, never happened before! Im only 31, so doubt it would be menopause anything like that?

It could be all sorts of things Vickie, stress is always a likely cause amongst other factors. Stress plays havoc with your hormones, as you know. I wouldn't worry about it too much if it's only a one off. :D

I agree with sel. Stress is more than likely the cause but i did read a few weeks ago that its fairly normal to miss a period every now and again without any reason. ( only reason i was reading up on it as my periods are irregular) other reasons it could be is diet change, increase in exercise and increase or decrease of weight. i wouldnt worry to much but if you miss next month i would deff get checked out

I have had that happen a few times and then just turns up as normal the next month. I remember once it stopped completely for 5 mths and GP told me to come back if it was longer thant 6mths
