Your complete order has been sent out, I wonder if you are thinking that some of the 'free' oils are missing? You added more than 1 to your cart, and as the offer is only '1 free 10ml bottle per order', we had to select which 'free' oil you would receive and ignore the others.
Of course if you did want the other oils, you will need to place another order and choose one as your 'free' one.

I sort of thought that, but no where on your website does it say that, i had checked terms and conditions and delivery info before i started to shop. Also my confirmation email did not state that i had ordered too much.
And it seems that u where quick to take off what i was not entitled to, and not quick enough to amend my postage charge.
All in all, not such a great sevice as i first thought

I'm sorry if you think that, but it VERY clearly states that the offer if for 1 10ml bottle of oil per order, and if you select more than one, we will pick one for you. We really could not have made it any clearer. As for the postage, it is calculated automatically based on the weight of items ordered, then you paid immediately using PayPal, so we did not even have the chance to reduce it before taking payment!

As i was trying to say earlier, it is NOT clearly stated. If u follow the route that i took, u will see that it does not mention that it is for 1 bottle only, which is what i was drawing your attention to earlier. On your home page, if u close your page so that u are in line with

that is all i see... i then went to terms and condition, then postage info, and then shop... on your 'free oils' page, it doesnt mention that it is 1 only. It is not mentioned in your terms and conditions page either.
I am just pointing this out, not trying to find faults.
As for the postage and payment.. I obviously cant do an order if i dont pay, how do u expect customers to get round this?
And postage should have been recalculated when you realised i had ordered too many and the difference refunded to back to my account. Which I presume has been done?

I hate that i have to point out that they didnt amend my postage chrages... the free oils aren't my issue,,, i did think i was chancing my luck when i ordered more than 1, but i did go back to t&c's to see what they where all about, and it didnt mention them...
its only today when ive went back to the website that i seen on the home page the 'offer'...
I think ill still use them as they do seem to have the best prices, just not the best site or people
