Hi I was just wondering if anyone else had this problem with Avent bottles, I am finding that the bottles keep leaking. The top seems to be on fine and I cant see anything wrong with the bottles, but they keep leaking. Help I dont really want to go out and buy new bottles when I have loads of Avent ones.

yeah i got the advent bottles and they keep on leaking i think that they are crap you need to take the teat out and quickly pull the teat back trough and then you should hear it pop screw everything back on it shouls stop leaking or you can try the tommi tippee bottles they are great no leaks at all :D

i found that sometimes the top and teat wern't seated properly, apart from that no leaks here :?

Mine are ok!! Sometimes a bit of water leaks down, but that isnt from the milk, it is from where I have taken it out of the sterliser!!

I never had a problem as long as the teat was pulled through properly before being screwed on. If the teat's not through properly the seal isn't secure. It's the anti-colic design that causes the problem if the teat isn't through properly.

We have had the same problem with the Avent bottles leaking and have just changed them for the Tommee Tippee bottles they are wonderful with no leaks.

I think i am going to write a letter of complaint to the manufacturer of the bottles and see what they say, this seems to be such a common problem.

My avent bottles have just started leaking too!! this maybe a silly question, but can you use other brand bottles in the avent steriliser?

Yes hun you can use and bottles in any steriliser xx
