Hiya, I was allocated a personalised cotton initial bag over a month ago but I've not yet received it. It looks like other have as there are reviews on there. Thanks.

Did you reply back to the email from the company asking you what initial you wanted on your bag? If you didn't reply then it won't have been sent out? Can you let us know? Thanks DaDa... x

Hiya, they emailed me the following day and I emailed straight back, I want an E please. I have since changed my email address though if they have tried to contact me again - it is up to date on here. Thanks

You need to reply to the email from the company asking for the initial with your correct email address DaDa. Just write and say you still haven't received your bag and ask if there's a reason for the delay. Seempels.... :) Hope you get it soon then....

Hi,

I had an e-mail on the 25th April to say I was going to test the nursing oil, but we still haven't received it. Do you know whether its been sent yet please.

I just checked for you Helen and it has been sent out to the address you had registered with us on the day you were informed so unless your address has changed you should have received it. :?

Hiya, sorry to be a pain but the email account that they used to contact me has been blocked as it got a virus (or something technical like that!) and I can no longer access it :( Can someone either chase it for me or put the email add I need to contact on here, or email it to me on my new email (correct on here now). Thank you!
