I'm still waiting to hear if Lewis has got into nursery, it's awful not knowing! He starts in september and I really want him in the nursery closest to us and them follow into the school. But still nothing!
I ring them last week and they says I should hear by the end of the week and nothing yet, doubt very much I'll find out over the weekend, especially with it being a bank holiday too.

Going to try ringing on Tuesday morning and fingers crossed I'll know! I got forms etc in late because of all the commotion we had to get hold of Lewis' baptism certificate  I did tell them about it do fingers crossed!

Oh no, it's awful waiting to hear isn't it?! Our nursery & school is very over-subscribed but luckily, already having 2 big brothers in the school Zac has got his place for September. It was still a horrible wait though, even though our chances were higher than others because of siblings. It's even worse when they go into reception, so we'll be doing it all again next year!

Hope you hear soon x

Thanks Lou it's awful! It will be a weight off my mind, id hat for him to go into reception and not know anybody.
I know kids usually talk to anybody but I think I'd find it more comforting to me if he went in knowing kids he has been in nursery with.

Me too :)
Yay Lewis got his place.
I'm waiting to hear if Ella gets my request for her to be moved from an afternoon to morning place at nursery as she starts school in Aug 2014 :( I only want her moved for my mum when she watching them while I am at work. All toddler groups in am, meaning twins get to nothing while Ella is an afternoon place. But if she was a morning mum and Aunt M could take the twins to all the wee classes Ella went to. If to many wanting morning Ballot end of this month - and I will not find out till June. Either way not worried cos she still has a place regardless
xx

I should get a letter in November 2012 for Lewis to make his choices for school for September 2013. It's scary to think how you have to plan ahead! I'm hoping to follow him through into reception from the nursery so at least he will be familiar with people around him.
