I got a phone from my local Phones 4 U shop in mid June. A couple of weeks later the charger broke, so they gave me a new one. A couple of weeks after that the handset broke, as in it wouldn't recharge. They gave me a new handset.
Last week the same thing happened again, the handset wouldn't charge.
After discussion, with me and their head office, they agreed to let me pick a different phone.
The last one was a Sonyericsson, so I picked a Samsung this time.
