My litle girl was last year born 8 weeks early (on my birthday) she is now a very healthy and happy 16 month old.She is walking and very very playfull. Caught up on weight she now around the same sze as other babys her age. Looking at her no one would guess she was that tiny little premmie. The 1st year was so so hard worrie upset and tears. But we go there we did it. My husband went away for 6 months when she was 3 months old and whe he got back she was lke a new baby. So so so proud of her x

I love hearing stories of premies doing well.
My 2 are still on high support from HV - even though they are actually bigger than a lot of 18 month term twins that I know - both wearing 12-18 months size clothes . They are growing well, and achieving all their milestones when they should. Think my HV just wants to boast she has seen the twins. I feel a bit like a circus freak at times. My 2 are not yet walking, although not far off it - and they are only 13 months so not worried yet.
