Massive kudos to Casdon, who i contacted on wednesday last week to ask if I could but a new pipe for Izzy's Henry the hoover since the dog had chewed it. Which bit they asked in an email back and we'll just send it to you...oh the whole hard pipe all 2 sections of it but I don't expect it for free I replied.
Thursday it was on my doorstep!! WOW!!
One much happier cleaner in my house!! and now at least I can get on with using the real one myself

Ageed, fantastic company. We had the same problem with Josh's hoover and they offered the same unfortunately we had the old model so the part needed was no longer available. But the offer was still there. Great customer servive - well done Casdon
