I've got quite bad asthma - childhood asthma that wasn't diagnosed until I was 10 :( Been hospitalised a few times with it, had all the tests on it done - apparently I am only using about 1/4 of my lung capacity as the rest is all scar tissue :(
Until recently I thought I had it pretty well controlled. I am quite unique in the type of asthma I have. Normal people only have one kind - weather induced (too hot or too cold causes an attack), exercise induced ( the most common) or hystamine induced (allergies, dust, etc) I have all 3 :( So before going to the gym I always take my inhaler to hopefully tide me over.
Although last few weeks, not the case. Breathless a lot of the time, and have had to take extra of inhaler during spin, and drop out of the class after just 10 minutes.
Tonight it happened again. :(
Dreading this being the start of my asthma getting worse again. Last time it got worse, Dr told me I would be given an inebuliser for home if I got worse  Dont want that.
I hate having asthma :( :(
xx

Asthma is awful. MIL has chronic asthma, she often ends up hospitalised through it. Everything affects it, exercise, weather, dust, pollen, pet hair. She has to have a nebuliser too, she often uses it at home.

Are you using the same inhalers that you've always used?
