Slimmer In The Spotlight - Louise
A bit about me.... I'm 38 from Shropshire and a stay at home Mum with four children including a new baby.

This time we hear from inspirational slimmer Louise, as she reveals all about her weight loss goals and offers her top tips for other slimmers on coping with those 'danger' times.

My favourite film is.....It's a Wonderful Life

If I could go on holiday anywhere in the world....it would be Barbados, as the beaches are divine and so is the food.

If I won the lottery......I'd buy a house and a new car for myself and my husband, put a sum away for the future and give some to friends - security for us and a little thank you to my friends for all they do for us.

If I were any animal....I'd be a bull. I am a Taurean and I am typical of it, stubborn, won't be told but very loyal.

My weight loss is....4½ stone

I started putting on weight.....when I hit 30 and then hugely during my recent pregnancy

I want to lose weight....for health reasons and to feel better in myself

Louise's Slimming Tip

My top tip for other slimmers is.....Persevere. It didn't come on overnight and it won't go overnight - but it will go!
Slimavite Shakes

My favourite foods are.....Lentils, Tofu, vegetables, noodles

My favourite recipe is
.....Lentil Bolognese

My favourite flavour shake.....is strawberry

If I could create my own flavour shake it would be....tropical with pineapple and maybe coconut

Reaching my weight loss goals......would give me more energy, confidence and I would also be very proud to achieve my goal.

My 'danger' times are....3.30 in the afternoon, as I have an afternoon slump of tiredness around then and it is hard to not grab something quick (and naughty!) I try and eat a piece of fruit or fat-free yoghurt. Drinking a glass of water or brushing your teeth also helps!!

My main exercise...is being on the go with a small baby, but I would like to be more active

My one message to others who want to lose weight.... Pick a day and go for it. Be positive and remember every step is a step in the right direction!
