Post-Pregnancy Hot Mama Tips
After you welcome the little bundle of joy into the world, you may be looking for a way to say goodbye to the little bundles that have shown up on your body.

It's no secret that having a baby changes your body, but that doesn't mean you can't get back to your pre-pregnancy shape or look even hotter! When single mothers are ready to start dating, they may feel a little self-conscious about their post-pregnancy bodies. The first thing to remember is that, after you give birth, it is normal to be retaining a lot of fluid. Don't panic if you still look a little pregnant. You may retain 8 to 20 pounds of water, and after you give birth, it can take a couple of weeks to lose it. Also, your skin will be stretched out. After carrying a baby inside for nine months, your skin needs to re-adjust to not having one there anymore.

Breastfeeding will require approximately an extra 750 calories a day. That's good news for anyone who wants to lose weight. Just remember that although you are no longer eating for two, you must consume enough calories to nourish your baby through breastfeeding. No matter how eager you are to look great for that post-pregnancy first date, you must remember that your body is still providing nourishment for your baby. While breastfeeding, fat reserves accumulated during pregnancy will naturally be used in the process, so new mothers only need to eat an additional 300-500 calories above their pre-pregnancy daily intake. This will result in a steady and healthy weight loss. Check with your doctor regarding your specific caloric and nutritional needs.

Once you check with your doctor and establish a healthy post-pregnancy weight-loss nutritional plan,
Exercise to lose weight
you should remember that exercise is an important part of any weight-loss plan. Again, after having a baby, it is especially important that you check with your doctor before beginning an exercise programme. If you were exercising before getting pregnant or during your pregnancy, you can ease back into your work-out routine once you have approval from the doctor. If exercise is something new to you, you should also consult a doctor and an exercise professional. You can't go from being sedentary to doing three hours of high-intensity exercise overnight. You can start by doing 30 minutes of low-impact exercise, such as taking a brisk walk 3 times a week. Gradually, you can increase the time, frequency and intensity. Once you get moving, resistance training is an excellent way to stay slim because it increases lean muscle, which increases your metabolism.

A big part of losing weight is psychological and emotional. Whether you are in Paris or in Manchester dating, it is not only about finding someone but also a matter of how you feel about yourself. While you are slimming down and toning up, remember to feel confident about your beauty, yourself and your life. Nothing is more attractive than that.
