Gwen Stefani has joined the list of celebrities saddling their child with an unusual baby name.
Her first son is a tame Kingston but Gwen, 38, has opted to call her new baby son Zuma Nesta Rock Rossdale! Stefani gave birth to the 8lbs 8 ounce boy via Caesarean section at Cedars-Sinair Medical Center in Los Angeles.
A statement from the hospital said that 'Mother, baby and family are all happy and healthy.'
Stefani's pregnancy was confirmed by her father-in-law Douglas Rossdale in January.
Last summer, The Sweet Escape singer said how much she enjoyed the pregnancy process. She said: 'Obviously I'm in a race to have another, but I don't want to do it while on tour. But I can't wait to get pregnant again. It's so fun and consuming and romantic.'
Stefani has been virtually inseparable from toddler Kingston since he was born in 2006.
She enthused: 'I definitely don't get enough sleep, but I'd rather spend time with him. I've got this extra-fun, amazing, little guy who just wants to hang out with me. I love him so much. He's the best thing that has ever happened to me.'
Former Bush frontman Rossdale is also father to 19-year-old model Daisy Lowe, who is currently dating DJ/producer Mark Ronson.
