This fab and scrummy pudding is just as good as ice cream but it's low in fat, sugar free, bursting with vitamin C and can be made in minutes. There's no need to freeze in advance. The frozen berries can be bought in most supermarkets and you can always leave them to defrost for a few minutes first if your blender won't cope with fully frozen ones. You can use 'live' yogurt to make it extra-healthy or something like MullerLight vanilla yogurt for a slightly sweeter taste. This is all you need...... 400g (14oz) of any frozen berries 400g (14oz) natural yoghurt 4 tbsp of a sweetener like Canderel or Splenda Blend together until smooth and the consistency of sorbet or frozen yoghurt. Eat quickly before it melts. Though if it does melt it makes a really scrummy drink. Back to Food Glorious Food Check out our other Feature Sections Share This... | ||||
