Dance Xtreme: The Workout consists of five pulse-raising ten minute routines, each presented by a member of the group, incorporating Pop, Latin, Hip Hop, House and Disco. With a selection to suit any level of ability, Dance Xtreme has been professionally programmed by acclaimed fitness instructor Jackie Diss to tone the body and help the user feel fit whilst having fun.

Amid growing concerns about exercise levels and soaring obesity

rates, Dance Xtreme: The Workout offers the perfect combination of exercise and entertainment.
