AOL EmailWe feel it is necessary to explain a situation that has arisen regarding AOL. It is now effectively impossible for us to send emails to any of our thousands of members who use AOL email addresses.
We still do not know the full reasons for this, but we think it is because AOL have taken exception to our once-a-month newsletter and have classified us as a ‘spamming’ site.

Obviously we are going to appeal against this situation, as we only ever send the newsletter to those of you who have chosen to receive it. We will continue to investigate why we are still unable to get any mails to AOL users.
Several of you have written to us asking why we haven’t done this and that, some are asking about competition prizes, some simply send us comments which we cannot respond to. We apologise for the lack of reply, but we are simply unable to get our replies through AOL’s system.
We ask you to bear with us while we correspond with AOL about it and hopefully we’ll reach a solution sooner rather than later.
You could be of great assistance to us if all of you who use AOL report to them that you are unable to receive any mails from us. I'm sure this will help to speed up our appeal.
