Bullet Kerry Katona who said she was 'so excited' by the news that she's six weeks pregnant with her fourth child has miscarried at less than 6 weeks pregnant. Katona, only gave birth to her third child Heidi seven months ago. Her spokesperson Max Clifford told the Daily Mirror: "Kerry....is as good as she can be in the circumstances" (Postscript: NEWS...Sept 27.......Kerry is STILL pregnant...A scan has shown that she is still pregnant, her hormone levels are rising but she is only 5 weeks pregnant! She needs to rest now.)

Bullet Charlotte Church and her rugby-playing other half Gavin Henson now have a baby daughter! Ruby Megan was born at home after Charlotte opted for a waterbirth in the new farmhouse they now live in. We predict the name Ruby will now move up from the top twenty baby names into the top ten!

Bullet Newlywed Jamie Theakston is to become a dad next April! Theakston recently said his mother had been "nagging" him to start a family since he was 19-years-old. He achieved tabloid infamy in 2001 after he was photographed in a brothel in London's Mayfair.

Bullet Oasis star Noel Gallagher has just become a father for the second time. Noel's girlfriend Sara MacDonald had a 7 lb, 5 oz baby boy. Contrary to Noel's earlier suggestions that he might name his son Genghis, the couple settled for a tamer name - Donovan Rory MacDonald Gallagher.

Bullet Sara Cox, Radio 1 DJ, is expecting her second baby. She says she is "ridiculously happy" with the news. The 32-year-old added that she and partner Ben Cyzer "are completely over the moon and feel incredibly blessed". Sara also has a three-year-old daughter, Lola, from her first marriage to DJ Jon Carter.

Bullet The face of Australian Fashion Week is a 12-year-old girl! Maddison Gabriel, who was 13 this week, was chosen to front the Gold Coast Fashion Week. The decision, however, hit the headlines in Australia when the prime minister was quoted as saying: 'Catapulting girls as young as 12 into something like that is quite outrageous and I am totally opposed to it and think most Australians would feel the same way.' Bullet Myleene Klass has been voted Britain's Yummiest Mummy along with cookery writer Nigella Lawson. The poll by children's cancer charity CLIC Sargent included Angelina Jolie with 15% of the vote, Kate Winslet (14%) and Davina McCall (10%). The charity also polled parents on the world's slummiest mummies and perhaps unsurprisingly singer Britney Spears topped (or should that be bottomed) that poll, with Kerry Katona coming second. The poll's third category – scrummiest dad – went to Brad Pitt who had a third of the vote. He was followed by Ewan McGregor, David Beckham, Phillip Schofield and Jude Law.

Research for Bold washing powder found that mums are finding themselves under enormous pressure to keep their kids happy. As a result, the amount of time mums get to spend on themselves has shrunk to just ten minutes a day for a quarter of the mums surveyed. The researchers identified a new breed of mum – the Motor Mum. Motor Mums feel that they are constantly on the go and have no time to relax.
'It's no surprise that modern mothers feel competitive about ensuring their children are nourished mentally, spiritually and physically - to the point where it keeps them up at night,' said psychologist Dr Linda Papadopolous. 'It's so important to carve out that all-important 'me-time' to maintain a cool balance that will help tackle the pressures of motherhood with a clearer head.'

Bullet Nicole Kidman has revealed how she lost a baby in the early years of her marriage to Tom Cruise. She told Vanity Fair magazine she suffered the miscarriage when she was 23-years-old. "From the minute Tom and I were married, I wanted to have babies. And we lost a baby early on, so that was really very traumatic," she said. The 40-year-old star and Cruise, who were married for over 11 years, went on to adopt two children, Bella now 14 and Connor now 12. Kidman married country singer Keith Urban last year and said she is desperate to have a baby with him. "I'm yearning to have one. I think it would be very sad if I wasn't able to have a baby. Keith knows I want one, and he has been getting there slowly," she said.


Bullet Reports that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are ready to add another child to their family may be right after all, especially after the actor admitted that they feel “ready” for another child. Speaking at The Venice Film Festival, Pitt described bringing up his four children as "the most fun I've ever had". The 43-year-old star has three adopted children with actress Angelina Jolie and the couple had their first child together last year. "I love it and can't recommend it any more highly - although sleep is non-existent," he said

Bullet National Express, Britain’s number one coach operator, will be the first national scheduled coach company to introduce new child seats for all children. The company is fitting all its coaches with seat belts and booster seats as well as special fittings to allow car seats to be used on the coach for all passengers from newborn babies up to the age of 14 and older.
