Hi and welcome to the site :D
I had a c section with my eldest but im going back 10 yrs so alots changed by now i guess, so my only thing i can really say is 'granny knickers' are brilliant as they sit higher than where your cut is, not very trendy but my life saver lol.
I hope all goes well :D xx

Arnica tablets. I took them from the morning after my section and within a few days midwives were impressed how quickly I had healed. I didn't wear granny pants. For first week was in hospital so just wore Jammies and normal pants ( were hipsters so didn't come up as far as wound anyway)
Xx

Definitely agree with the Arnica tablets, they sell them in boots or health shops. They have really helped me x
